New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field surveyors for the position of Supervisors and Enumerators/Assessors.

- Enumerators should have minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Supervisors should have minimum bachelor’s degree in education with good knowledge of pedagogy (specialization in Nepali and Math preferred).
- Priority will be given to those who have previous data collection experiences in EGRA/EGMA assessment surveys.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills (good rapport building with schools authorities)
- Candidates should be physically fit and willing to travel in remote areas.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Person who have been fully vaccinated against CoVID-19 will be given the priority.
